It’s 2 years old and while I’ve pressure cleaned it fairly deeply it’ll still take a bit longer than normal as you’ll have to scrape the odd stick / leaf / plant etc out before grouting(don’t ask me why it wasn’t done earlier 🤦‍♀️) I have a grout pump and all materials needed, so it’s labour only. If you do a good job there’s another 25m2 to do in the same area, but quote me for the 15 first. Based on the speed I can do it (an amateur) it’s less than a days work given it’s now mostly clean, but I want it done well rather than quickly so I don’t need anyone to rush. 100 palings to be given 2 coats of paint. Very small section of wall to be pressure washed. Possible other task is to chlorine clean pavers which is simply to spray chlorine onto pavers. I will pay $30 per hour. Estimate 5 hrs. Total price will be determined when task finished.
