Interior walls require painting. Paint will be provided. Need window ledges, doors and skirting boards painted too. All the same colour for ceiling, skirting boards, ledges, and cornices. You will need to provide tarp to cover carpet upstairs. I will move and cover furniture. Will need a double coat as I painted downstairs myself but I do not have the time to do the rest. Willing to negotiating but I have a strict budget. If you need to negotiate, I will need to know your hourly rate (I am not a painter but I know the time it took for me to paint the downstairs area so I will base the job on this) and specific details.
