Find an experienced local painter in Ivanhoe

Looking to hire a painter for a day. I’ll supply paint, you’ll bring with you your expertise, tools and other consumables. Job includes filling nail holes & painting a few bedroom and garage walls and, if time allows, painting ceiling.

Clean old sticky mat residue off floor boards - 3 sections. Roughly 1.5m x 1m in one patch. 1m x 30cm in another patch. Similar size for 3rd patch. I have already tried using a metal scourer, steam mop, sugar soap and goo remover. It has partially come off but still sticky and visible in certain areas. Offering a paid task to whomever can get rid of the goo without damaging the floor boards as this is a rental property. Hope to hear from you soon!

I need a plasterer to trowel and sand a ceiling & 2 walls. Ceiling is 4mx3m, 2 walls are 4m long. (not in photo) Can either provide material or you can use your own. up to you. Job is in Ivanhoe.

Have recently moved into a 1930s house and we had issues with all of the bedroom doors creaking and jamming. We’ve managed to sand and fix 2 of them, and there’s 2 that need a carpenters touch.
