The room is 3.7 by 3.7 . The ceiling has just been plastered and sanded ready The walls have been painted before but will need 2 coats . It’s an old beach house so ceiling is not high. I will supply the paint.

The colourbond ceiling has black stains throughout from condensation forming on cold nights. The ceiling needs to be sprayed with a mould removing solution to kill the mould and then the ceiling needs washing to remove the stains. - Due date: Flexible

Need window frames painted on an older holiday house. Happy to send photos. Not really sure how much it will cost so happy to discuss. Happy to supply paint but will be just going to bunnings and getting a can of exterior white gloss so maybe easier if you supply paint. There are two more windows but couldn’t upload any more photos.
