Fences and 2 walls to be painted. Part of the fence will need to be treated/repaired as it has rusted due to a garden bed previously slightly rusting a small part of the fence (see pictures). Will suit suit a painter or someone with a good paint gun. Won’t take long and I can provide the paint. All fences will be same colour as pictured fence I have already painted monument. 2 Vintage steel plant stands require the following: Old paint stripped off (you’ll need to supply and bring your own materials and tools). Possible sanding (please bring your own materials and tools). One of the stands needs new rubber tips applied (black) (these will be provided). Both stands need to be painted red (I have 1 full spray can available). If anything else is required, please bring materials and tools to complete the job. Larger cracks in 4 -5 walls to be repaired rendered and plasrered. 2 Dining walls and one bedroom wall partially repaired need just plaster finished. Lounge walls need render and plaster as the cracks are larger and need to be finished ready to paint Need all walls fixed and ready to be painted ASAP.
