Soft plaster in bedroom ceiling, 1910 house. Decorative cross panel needs fixing to ceiling. Stain block and 2 coats ceiling paint to ceiling and frieze. Room is 4m x 4m. Edwardian house so high ceiling. Contractor to supply materials,ladders, equipment. Must be self insured as task involves working at height.

I have a square metre patch of ceiling that needs painting, a damaged wall corner that needs some putty and paint, and a few ceiling and corner scratches and chips to touch up. I have the materials, don't have the time.
