Just finished renovations on bathroom and need our cornices done - Due date: Needs to be done on Sunday, 3 April 2022

1960’s house. Cement tiles. Roof needs cleaning, small amount of re-pointing and painted a new colour. Must have experience and excellent reviews. * Will upload better photos tomorrow

Interior walls already painted in a grey / white colour. Ceilings and cornices done. Undercoat and white satin trim paint (all purchased) needed on; - skirting in open plan kitchen / dining / lounge, small hallway, small passageway - x5 large windows (as pictured), x1 tiny laundry and toilet windows - x7 standard interior doors and frames - x1 surrounds of glass sliding door / pelmet - x1 new standard size sliding door which divides laundry and kitchen * Paint already on trim is water based gloss. * I will have all the trim sanded back slightly. * Tape, drop sheets, paint, paint pots, brushes, x2 large ladders and x1 step ladder provided. * I’m by myself with two young kids undertaking renovations 🤯. Have run out of time and patience to complete painting. Need it all completed so we can return home. * Will not go over my budget.
