Bedroom to have the walls painted with some sanding of patches required.

Had four pictures mounted on magnetic strips. When I took the 100x100mm strips off one of them tore away the paint. The others just have glue residue that needs cleaning off . The paint is in the garage. Would probably take an hour just bring some sandpaper and a scrapper to get the glue off. (Only one glue patch about the same size ). Easy job I’m just away for work and it’s for an exit clean on my rental.

Pressure clean shed and paint white

I've painted an old cabinet. Just the trims on the window need to be sanded and painted. Please see photos...I've used a primer but the paint has come off in certain spots. This needs to be redone. I can provide the paint.

We would like our gutters and fascia to be painted. They will likely need a pressure wash/clean and prep work for paint. One gutter at the front needs 5 brackets replaced as well. We already have the brackets. Small 3 bedroom house.

Prepare (mainly clean) and paint exterior weatherboards of house rear side second floor. The condition of the paint is good, it's not peeling or cracking. But it needs a good clean first. Paint under eaves. Remove dirt and spiderwebs first. Paint under eaves at the front of the house. The area above garage is 2 storeys high. Note:Colour will be dulux Colourbond classic cream. If it looks good after 1 coat, that is fine, otherwise 2 coats required. If the paint is not thin, 1 coat is generally enough. Previous owner painted in the balcony area in a pink colour, I suspect 2 coats may be needed there. But that's easy to paint, no big ladders required.

Painting of lounge, sun room, kitchen & dining room & entrance hallway. Walls currently light blue / grey. Wanting to paint walls in Dulux natural white 100%. Trim and ceiling in most rooms are already white so no need to paint, except for sun room. Some plastering is being finished in two rooms (you'll see in photos where) and all completed by Wednesday 10th April. Painting will need to start after that. Thank you!

i would like my rental home painted. Including ceiling, walls,doors, framas,skirtings - white for everything except black on all doors.4 beds - 1 regular size 3 small rooms. 1 bathroom No furniture - work needs to be completed by Wednesday next week. The tenants before left walls dirty and marked - some patching is needed. Floors are getting done after painting so this needs to be done ASAP

Finish painting in our home, we have begun our painting project but due to unforeseen circumstances we aren’t able to completed by required date. Lounge room, hallway and kitchen need to be painted we have a strict budget so aren’t flexible on price. The painter I used left paint streaks on my doors. Two doors need repainting only one side of them as well as scratched the ceiling where I tried patching but made it look worse. Hi Plywood is mouldy due to water leak. Three parts to this task see 1,2,3. Carpets and floorboards in kitchen will be removed before your arrival. 1)I need someone to remove the mould from the plywood surface(carpets and floorboards will be removed). Once the carpets and floating floorboards are removed the plywood will need to be cleaned as its mouldy. 2)there is sufficient space to get under the house, the plywood under the house needs to be cleaned as well as its mouldy. 3)walls and ceiling of internal has mould that needs to be cleaned. Please advise your method of cleaning and what cleaning products you will use and how much time you estimate this will take. The granny flat is approx 30msq consisting of a bathroom,kitchen and bedroom/living. At the end of the task the objective is so there is no black mould visable in the photoes attached of the plywood fooring top and bottom section plus internal areas of the granny flat mould is removed. Three bedroom first floor apartment, concrete walls. Clean/prep walls, please use quality paint that can withstand pets and children. No skirtings. Would love one wall per room to be a different colour, but will depend on cost. Please advise when you’re available to start. Id be keen for a quote that includes the ceiling and doors, but if I can’t afford it may just do the walls. Note the walls inside one built in have unusual damage, as shown in the picture.
