i need my new front-door sanded and painted (it already has primer on it and a first coat on 1 side, need exterior base coat & finish on outside wall of the house and touch-ups and touch-ups and the re-paint metal poles (exterior). I have all the equipment needed but I don't have an electric sander!

I am postponing this task until spring as the constant rain is making painting impossible. 2 story house . Only top story to be painted. Timber cladding.
