Find an experienced house painter in QLD

Hi, I'd like someone to pressure wash 3 different parts of a 3 storey townhouse. prefer someone who can do it on a weekend. 1. The fascia and soffit of my eaves plus the FC sheeting fascade that I can't reach from the balcony. This will need a telescopic wand that can reach the 3rd storey eaves. See red mark-ups on the attached photos. 2. The driveway. It has a stencil and decorative finish that will need care not to damage. 3. A brick patio that has peelaway 8 paint remover residue on it. I've done the peelaway strip and need someone with a high pressure rotary washer to take the residue and paint off. My little household gerni takes way too long to do the job.

Patch and paint damaged wall to left of glass door in downstairs bedroom with tiled floor. Repair chipped laundry floor tile or offer compensation to owner. Patch and paint damaged sections of laundry walls. Fix toilet roll holder to wall in toilet and patch and paint holes. Fix the white wardrobe in the largest downstairs bedroom to the wall. Patch and paint peeled section of wall paint to left of TV in smaller upstairs bedroom / living room. Repair / replace damaged cladding on western side of shed or offer compensation to owner. Few walls of house need paint scrapped back to have the walls ready for repainting. Photos attached. We have the tools, just need assistance on getting the job done by tomorrow. If you have another person who wants to help out too I’ll pay them as well. Approximately 6 walls and couple of skirtings. Please bring a sander if you have. If you have a ladder please bring. If not all good.

Need someone to come in and help me paint the inside of the house. The stair case and living room area in the picture. The stairs will be fully primed so that's not required. Stair painting requirement (see demonstration picture) - treads and banisters need to be black and everything else white. All paint will be supplied. Job in Morningside.

Looking for handy man to prep house for external painting by filling gaps with filler. Job is repetitive and very easy. Hours flexible this Tuesday and Friday, on weekends and during coming weeks. Work available for multiple days, including assistance with other jobs (i.e. labourer) for house under renovation. Please note, the price posted is per hour - we will compensate directly according to time invested with us. No particular skills required but MUST BE RELIABLE (i.e. turn up) and fit/able.

We need a painter to complete the kitchen, one bathroom, toilet, laundry and two living areas. Furniature will be moved, walls prepped and paint supplied.

Clean mould stains thoroughly, then paint over the top with a mould and stain blocker and 2 coats of white ceiling paint. Supply everything - mould cleaner, paint, tools, drop sheets etc. Not a big paint job but there are 3 separate patches. I don't mind if you only paint over the patches as this is a warehouse ceiling. We want it looking clean and tidy.

Older wooden dollhouse has been sanded and cleaned just needs one more wipe down then to be primed and painted, paint, primer and brushes supplied and can do it at my residence or take it away and do it wherever you like. Would like a quick turn around time please, photos of it now are similar colours to what I want it to be painted

House looks like its sold and would like to paint in areas for new buyer and cover some hairline cracks for building inspection to pass. Dates flexible but within the next week. Hourly rate plus paint fine.
