I’ve bought an investment property, I need main living area painting walls and ceiling. House is empty

I have a number of painting jobs that need doing around the house. Including a rendered fence and fiddle bits of trim. Most of the preparation is done and I have te paint and most equipment. This would be an ideal job for a sole painter who can use some days between other longer jobs. Hard to say how many days, but three plus is a rough estimate. I will only consider asn hourly rate $75 and below and anticipate an experienced capable painter

Touch up walls with non bleed sealer due black scuff marks or stain marks throughout. Remove any flaking paint of any surfaces throughout. Gap any open joints to walls and ceilings throughout. Internal Repaint. ***************** Paint all ceilings throughout.( 2 coats) Paint all walls throughout.( 3 coats) Paint all doors and jambs plus window trims throughout.( Primer, Sealer and finish with gloss enamel) Paint inside the wardrobes.

Paint the external (non brick) sections of my home including gutters, downpipes and facia. I am wanting to paint my colourbond fence and house exterior. Both have recently been pressure washed professionally, so preparation will be more of a quick wash or brush down. I have purchased the primer and paint required (Dulux), and have an airless paint sprayer/brushes/rollers for you to use. May also be scope to paint the sidewalk around the house and driveway, but I'm going to see what it all looks like with the new colour first. I found 1 or 2 primer coats and 2 top coats are needed to cover grey underneath - Must use 'Dulux Precision Max Adhesion Primer' for these. Have ~3 litres left. Need more. - Have used Haymes Trim Plus white semi-gloss top coat. Have ~4 litres left. Likely need more.
