Looking for an experienced professional exterior painter to paint the rendered section at the front of my house (areas highlighted in the photos). Scope of work: • Paint exterior rendered surfaces white • Includes: • Front vertical render wall • Under balcony render • Upper render panel above garage • Proper surface preparation required (cleaning, light sanding, patching if needed) • Apply primer if required • 2 coats exterior paint minimum Paint: I will supply the paint (Taubmans Monument White / similar exterior render paint). Requirements: • Must be an experienced exterior painter • Own professional equipment (ladders, drop sheets etc.) • Clean and neat finish • Protect surrounding areas (brick, driveway, hedge) Location: Point Cook, VIC Photos attached showing the exact areas to be painted. Please quote labour only. Looking for someone who takes pride in their work and can deliver a high quality finish.

We have a showroom and one of the walls needs to be painted. There are some screw holes that need to be smoothened or taken out and then we need the wall painted. Note the screws haven't been left in. Wall is about 4 m in length and 3 m in height. See photos

Apply decking oil. Deck will have already been recently pressure washed that day. Apply sealer to cover stain in ceiling. Source of stain has already been repaired. Repair plasterboard as necessary. and paint with matching ceiling paint. Remove tv wall bracket. Patch fixings and touchup paint in matching color to wall. Blend or repaint wall to degree necessary. Sand and repaint the entire door and frame. Outdoor acrylic white. No need to pull the door off. Just sand as touchup as best you can. Paint newly installed trim covering gap around beam to wall. Putty holes of fixings. Same color as door below. Outdoor acrylic white. Trim is not shown in the picture as it is yet to be installed by carpenter. See existing timber sleeper retaining wall shown in red below. Remove loose paint with hand wire brush. Apply “monument” color outdoor acrylic. Note: You would need to supply materials. There may be a little paint in the garage which you are welcome to use but I wouldn't count on it. You will definitely need to supply the decking oil, outdoor white acrylic, outdoor monument acrylic. And probably the indoor wall and ceiling paint (however that may be there, but I wouldn't count on so best to price in all materials) .
