Floor plan uploaded! You’ll need to have some skill-experience/expertise on this one. Ideal for retired painter or skilled tradie. 3 bedroom house with rumpus room In Kallangur. Vacant (empty now) power is on and carpet is up. You’ll need to scrape some areas back and stain block the ceilings where need be. It will need to be primed and painted. Cornice needs to be done too. We can supply paint and equipment if that’s easier. We are hoping to have the job completed in a few weeks. We will be painting the whole house, Potential to pay hourly rate to a somebody to paint the walls too. The walls are prepped, we are just time poor.
