Painting for a three bedroom house plus bungalow out the back. Approximate building size of 180msq. Minimum two full coats. Plain white. Paint provided. Certain timber wall areas that have never been painted before will need an addition layer of undercoat. I will supply. All rooms need to be included including kitchen, bathroom, laundry All ceilings, cornices, doors, trimmings and skirting etc need to be included All prep work need to be included which involves filling in gaps between skirting and walls, cracks in walls,removing occasional nails, filling in gaps in cornices. It’s an old house so there is lots of prep work to be done. I’ve tried to show as much as I can in the photos. There needs to be no gaps or cracks at completion Apart from the paint which I will supply, all caulking, fillers and other materials are to be provided by Airtasker and included in offer price.
