Looking to build two townhouses, need an architect/draftsman who can put plans together Spec of one house: 4 bedroom 2 storey to be built on 350 sq m approx

Interior: - preparing cracks, damp treatment where required in the walls, treatment of water damage in ceilings, repairing windows and door frame cracks and gaps (doors, door frames and windows which is stained not included because they are not painted) - Scraping bathroom ceilings which is peeling. - Painting of all ceilings and walls - Painting of doors, and door frames and windows all totalling 14 excluding stained ones Exterior: - preparing entry door frame, 4 windows and painting them. - pressure washing front house concrete. - Finally, fixing bathroom and kitchen wall tiles
