Hi, I am needing a bedroom wall painted. Size of bedroom 3m x 3m. Currently there is wall water damage in the far bottom corner of the bedroom. This unit is about to go on the market and needs to be painted by next tuesday 12th March. Location: Fairfield Paint colour to be: Beige Royal Half (dulux) Requirement: strip back paint and cover damp water mark, paint 2 coats of paint on all 4 walls. Must purchase the paint tin. There is currently a roller, drop sheet and paint brush within the unit as I already painted one wall on Thursday but have run out of time to do the bedroom wall due to living 3 hours away from unit. Must use drop sheets and be able to clean up after job finished. 2x small handyman jobs also to be done. 1) Fix smoke alarm that screw plugs have come loose. 2) in kitchen fix blinds where bracket is falling down off wall a little (needs new screw into wall)
