Deck floor is 7.6m x 3.8m, deck back privacy screen is 7.6m x 1.73m. Deck is approximately 20 months old. Has been oiled by the installers initially, then oiled by me, then oiled by me again but only the floor and I didn't complete the whole deck as it became too challenging due to back issues. I don't think it needs sanding but probably cleaning and two coats of oil supplied by me.
Brett did a great job, has an eye for detail and certainly is a hard worker. Would certainly recommend Brett for your next project.
