I need someone with solid experience in deck maintenance to prepare and oil two decks - one large one of around 78 sqm and the other a small one of 8 sqm. The large one is only 12 months old and will come up very well with careful preparation to restore the colour. I will provide the Intergrain decking products - UltraPrep Cleaner and Universal Timber Oil, as well as deck brushes, cutting brushes (for use around the adjoining house) and trays, for a process involving 1. Cleaning the deck thoroughly to restore colour, and 2. Applying two coats of oil (allowing overnight for the first coat to dry). Ideally you will provide (a) a high pressure water cleaner (Gerni or similar) to wash off the cleaner and (b) a sanding machine, for use only in the event this is needed to even up colour across parts of the deck that still have the previous oil product on them.
