I’m in the middle of a bathroom renovation and I need a professional painter to come prep and paint my bathroom ceiling with a square set instead of cornicing. The cornice has been removed so there is some adhesive and also gaps from ceiling to tile that need to be rectified. Prepare old cracked paint on lounge room ceiling and then paint ceiling

2 areas need to be repaired. Area no.1: Lounge area. The size of crack is around 180cm long on a flat ceiling. Area no.2: Bedroom. The size of crack is around 80cm long on a pitched ceiling join, please note that I tried to repair area 2 unsuccessfully 12 months ago (it looked ok-ish at the time) but the tape now appears to be coming away because of movement in the house. Require both areas to be patched, sanded and painted ceiling white (not the whole ceiling, just the surrounding area).
