we are a custom home builder taking small renovations jobs at the moment we looking for a professional and neat painter to do jobs for us. we currently have a new ceiling room six 3.6 x 3.6 with no cornices or woodworking. we looking for high quality finish relatable painter. - Due date: Flexible

All materials will be provided by me, just bring your experience and tools with you. Please take a look at the 5 photos (6 holes). Patch drywall needs to be completed work that includes 2 base coats and 1 top coat, fibreglass or tape must be used in line with Australian building standards. Please, you need to be professional, experienced, and responsible, we need quality work. All materials will be provided, you will need your trade Tools. You can offer no sanding if you prefer not to do the sanding as long as you stipulate it in your offer beforehand. Please ask questions if you have any queries as we appreciate your skills and we don’t want silly arguments or disagreements over scope or money, we want a 5-star rating for all parties and a happy outcome for everyone. I will provide the following “Base coat, top coat, drywall glue, liquid nail, 800 dry wall nails, a lot of metal studs, fibreglass tape, a lot of timber beams, sandpaper, sandpaper holder, handheld sanding machines, cornice cement, 13 mm drywalls.” You don’t need all of them but they are there if you need them.

We require an experienced handyman for the following jobs - Termite treatment was completed. But the mud and the plaster board has to be removed and new drywall put back in. (Handyman to provide) and painted. (We provide the paint). The affected area is on top of the stairs so a ladder is require to perform the job. -patch up and paint a few drill holes from the termite treatment. -patch up and paint two ceiling cracks due to water damage - a few patch up and painting required for the downlight. - job has to be performed between 8.30am to 2.30pm weekdays, preferably completed before 9 th Feb.
