Hello! I need a 3 bedroom house painted for a freshen up between tenants. Just the walls (no ceilings or skirtings or doors). All rooms except bathroom, toilet, laundry. Floorplan attached. Require prep and paint and 2 coats of paint. Can use any brand but colour to be equivalent to Taubmans Low Sheen “Tundra Mist” (very pale grey as attached). I have two standard size toilets (one upstairs; one downstairs) that have recently had the floors tiled, new bowl/cistern installed, cavity slider door installed and new architraves put up. The remaining work is to have the plaster stopped, finished off and painting done. Here are the details: - Plaster - Complete application of plaster tape, in particular where in the inside corner of the toilet where the cavity slider meets the existing wall. - Look over the existing plaster board, and sand back previous patch up jobs and fill holes, sand back rough/old blobs of paint - general preparation in short. - Painting - Paint door and window architraves, skirting boards, sliding door, cornices and ceiling in a gloss white. - Paint inside the toilet walls and the wall around the outside and surrounding of the door in a neutral (no tint) matt white. Two coats are required for painting tasks. As this work will need to take place over a few days, this would best suit a local tradesperson. I’m flexible with the time and days as well if this job needs to fit in with your other work. - Due date: Flexible

House Which areas of the property need work? Need wall plaster repair. Two small holes on the walls, one in the hallway and other one in the Garage. What would you like the handyperson to work on? Repair the holes on the wall and the finish should match the rest of the wall.

Looking for a great plasterer to get two bedrooms plastered. Bed 1: 3m wide x 4m wide (3 walls but two walls have a large window) Bed 2: 3m wide x 2.8m wide (3 walls but two have a large window) Height of ceilings are 2.4 metres at one end and 3 metres at the other end. Ceilings are not required to be plastered as they most likely will be VJ panelling.

A small bedroom of 3x3.3m has paint peeling from the plaster walls and ceiling. There are also places where the walls and ceiling need repairing. I would like a suitably trained or experienced handyman to - remove peeling paint from walls and ceiling - fill in areas where plaster is damaged - sand back in preparation for painting Flexible on date.
