I need a professional painter to paint our apartment walls please. 3 small bedrooms + large open living/dining area. I can provide an image of the floor plan. Need to paint a 5 bedroom single story house in Kellyville area. Single coat and same colour as currently painted. Need to paint ceiling as well along with cupboards. Doors not required. Need to be done on the 1st of March. URGENT

Need a good painter to paint 1 wall in each of our 4 bedrooms. So basically one feature/accent wall per room. I will get the paint. I don’t know much about painting job. We have recently bought this house and was told that it was recently painted internally. I am not sure if the walls will require preparation e.g. cleaning, primer etc but i obviously want a good job. What else is required other than your labour and airtasker fee? I know I will get the feature paint. I want an all inclusive quote. The ceiling height is 8 feet. Rest of the wall dimensions are highlighted in the photo. The rooms are carpeted but I don’t care about the mess on the carpet as it will be replaced. Job will need to be done strictly between Monday 12 Oct to Wed 14 Oct. That’s the only window I have for now. No furniture will need to be covered as the house is empty. Painter will have to bring any other item/tools/cleaning stuff (if required) require to paint other than the main colour paint I will bring. Curtains will be removed (we are getting shutters) & there will be some screw holes etc that need patching. Some cracks in windows and a couple of defects in walls but generally walls are in very good shape. One feature wall in a different colour. We will remove furniture. BATHROOM - 4m x 3.1m Paint ceiling, 2 coats on walls. Two large windows frames, trims and door in gloss. Exhaust fan will be removed and hole left will need to be gyprocked. Holes from removed curtains to be patched. A couple of fine cracks in walls but otherwise in good shape. 60% of walls covered in tiles. WALK IN WARDROBE - 4m x 2m. 2 coats on walls. Ceilings. Very good shape. Virtually no prep. Trims & door in gloss. You purchase paint and we'll reimburse your receipts Photos coming. All quotes considered. We need this completed by 7 September.
