We recently had floorboards installed in a 1 bed room, split level apartment, however the skirting was difficult to remove and now looks very bad. There are also a few dents in the wall on the stairs. We would like new skirting, touch up paint and the dents filled in please. My 1-bedroom apartment in Waterloo (approx. 41sqm) needs a coat of paint on the walls and ceilings just to refresh it - I think a single coat should be enough rather than a full 2-coat job. It's also been re-floored and there are some small gaps between the new wooden floor and the skirting which would be good to fill in, and some minor touch-ups where the skirting has been put back. Three walls need to be painted in an empty apartment. I will supply the paint, you supply: labour, painting equipment and protective floor coverings. Parking available in building. Walls are currently white, they are to be painted in Porter's Paints Admiralty Navy, so going from light to dark, will probably need two coats, but will verify this with paint supplier, as they will know for sure. Need this done in the next three weeks. Easy job. Added photos--the furniture is gone.
