I am looking to get a fixed-price quote for an interior repaint of my 2-Bedroom apartment located in Ashfield. I am hoping to get the work started around late June. Property Details: • Size: 2 Bedrooms, 1 Living/Dining Room, 0.5 Kitchen, and 1 Hallway (approximately 66m² floor area). • Ceiling Height: 2.1 & 2.6 meters. • Exclusions: Please exclude the two bathrooms from this quote, as they do not require painting at this stage. Scope of Work: • Walls: , and apply 2 coats of deluxe Natural white to all walls across the bedrooms (minus wardrobe interior), living/dining area, kitchen, and hallways. • Ceilings: Apply 2 coats of flat ceiling white to all areas (excluding bathrooms). • Trims & Doors: Paint internal doors, frames (with cabinet paints, not wall paints) • Exclusions: No need for following services, as I will take care of them. ⁃ removal of existing skirting boards ⁃ Prep, patch minor wear/tear ⁃ installing new skirting boards ⁃ Protect the existing floors, as the entire old flooring will be removed afterwards. A copy of the floor plan is attached for initial estimation. Please provide a rough estimate or indicative quote based on these details (I understand that a site survey is needed for the final quoting, however I will still require an indicative quote first to move forward), along with your current availability and estimated time to complete the job.

We would like to paint our 3 bedroom apartment before we move in the majority of furniture on Friday 19th. Ideally the whole apartment to be painted but if there is not sufficient time happy to exclude the bedrooms. Some patching required. Currently mostly unfurnished. If you are able to provide paint, happy to pay for this. Available days are Tuesday 16th to Thursday 18th.

Looking to white wash walls and skirting boards of a small 2 bed apartment and plaster patch 1 x interior wall underneath an air condition unit, approx tennis ball size. Includes lounge/dining area and 2 bedrooms. Kitchen and bathroom not required to be done. Apartment is currently empty. We work 8:30-5 so will meet at the apartment to let you in at the start of the day and can meet once the job is finished.
