Find an experienced apartment painter in NSW

We need to paint the walls and skirtings (not including the ceiling) of an approximately 90sqm two bedroom apartment. Everything needs painting apart from the bathrooms. There are also a few things to patch up, very minor mostly, an example is in the photos. We have 15L of the white paint. Everything else would need to be supplied. The unit is completely empty. The work to every area listed below should include detail preparation and applying 1-2 coats of paint as required. Damaged areas receive an additional spot coat of undercoat. All agreed areas will be thoroughly prepared, scraped and sanded to remove all damaged and unstable paint. Not a big building just the inside common area and 2 levels

1 bedroom apartment, kitchen is 3mx4m, living room 3.2mx4m, bedroom 3.4x3m, hallway 4m length. Needs either caulk/silicone to seal skirting boards and small gaps. Kitchen sealing on all corners to prevent bugs and moisture. Some gaps are larger between floor and skirting board. I also would like you to cover the wire holes behind fridge to ensure place is fully sealed. You need to bring your own tools/materials

Some minor painting is required in our apartment after renovation works, as follows: 1) Painting of the hallway ceiling to paint over evenly an area revealed by new light fitting installation (area of 4m x 1m of ceiling, not just painting over unpainted plaster please). Filling of holes, sanding them two coats of ceiling white; 2) Repainting a closet door, 2.1m high by 0.44m wide with water based enamel (to fix up work done by another painter). Sanding of door and at least two coats are needed. 3) Removal of sliding door track in kitchen and painting of wall in kitchen, filing of holes, sanding then two coats of paint. Area needing painting is approx 1.5m wide by 2.4m high. All paint and painting equipment supplied, including brushes, drop sheets, step ladder etc.
