I’m looking for someone to paint the interior of my apartment including all walls, ceiling & skirting boards + 2 doors & trims both sides (bathroom & bedroom), the inside only of the front door & trim, and front side only of a half height cupboard door under the stairs. 1 bedroom Entry & stairs Combined kitchen, living, study area (Bathroom not included) Doors as outlined above Some minor prep work required on the ceiling plaster in 2 rooms where ceiling fans have been installed (see photos) The Apartment is currently furnished. Please include the cost of all undercoat and paint (Dulux Wash & Wear) in your quotes.

Paint common foyer and stairway in apartment building

Paint my small two bedroom, one bathroom apartment (walls, ceilings, windows), which has decorative cornices and the windows will need a sanding, a few other areas will need sanding prior too. Also interested in cost to remove mid wall mouldings. Can be done between 14-25 May

the apartment is not insulated and there are minor gaps between the walls on the ceiling throughout that require sealing to block cockroaches to come through. Require a skillful handyman to do the job - happy to provide the sealant if required. For bigger gaps, I have spare pieces of clothes to insert and fill out.

I have a mezzanine style apartment with two two story wall that needs painting. Approx size is 2m wide by 6-7m high and then 1 m wide 6-7m high. I have already tapped the lower areas so should be a really quick job. I have sheets and paint.

I need a professional painter to paint my 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment. Whole apartment needs to be painted, even the bathroom tiles. The ceiling does not need to be painted as it was recently sprayed. I also need the balcony railings painted. I’ve added the floor plan for reference. I’ve just had the flooring done so the skirting boards also need to be painted a sealed.
