Looking for a quote to paint a 60sqm one-bedroom apartment with one bedroom, one bathroom, a short hallway, a combined living and dining, and a seperate kitchen. Painting includes: - The interior walls, including ceiling trim and window sills - The ceiling - A few doors - The walls and shelves of a small storage closet The apartment doesn't have frames on the doors or windows, so these aren't required. The bathroom includes a ceiling and half wall (the remainder of the wall is tiled) and some shelves. The paint for the bathroom will likely be a different colour to the rest of the apartment, so please provide a quote for: - The whole apartment painted the same colour - A seperate apartment and bathroom paint I'm looking for a quote that includes labour, surface preparation, all materials required for preparation and painting inlcuding supplying of the paint, minimum 2 coats of paint, sufficient covering to ensure no paint marks the floors, and cleanup after painting and disposal of materials. 2 bedroom apartment - all doors/walls/ceilings/skirting boards including laundry and hallway need painting. Bathroom does not require painting. Paint needs to be supplied - natural white low sheen for walls, flat ceiling white for ceiling and semi gloss natural white for skirting boards. All tools are required. Quotes should include prep, paint costs, clean up and an estimate of how long the painting will take. Preference for the painting to happen between 29-31 July. Just moved in and need the popcorn ceiling roof sprayed white, we have the paint but don’t have the airless sprayer. Windows and walls have been blocked and taped off so there’s less prep work to be done. Looking to get this done asap. We work 8:30-5 so will meet at the apartment to let you in at the start of the day and can meet once the job is finished.

Newly renovated apartment needs painting of walls and ceiling. Much of the walls are fine but other parts require some sanding before painting (see photos for examples).
