2 apartments in Bondi Beach. Each apt is 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom. We have a weeks window to repaint so the job must start 11 May 2026. Same work required in both apartments: All interior walls, ceilings, architraves, skirting, doors and windows including frames. Work to be completed: Start 11 May 2026 and complete that week. Wall paint: Lexicon 1/4. Ceiling paint: ceiling white. Architraves/windows: Lexicon 1/4, water or oil based paint?, paint same as old paint.

Scope: Walls + ceilings throughout (no doors or windows) 2 bedrooms, living area/ kitchen. Bathroom ceiling. PRICE TO BE AGREED ON AND THE AMOUNT NOW IS NOT THE ASKING AMOUNT… Just need bedroom painted at the moment, and at a later date I would love the rest of the apartment painted as well or if you can fit a whole day to paint the whole apartment would love that too

Im currently prepping the apartment 2 bedrooms and lounge room/dining room surfaces for paint. I need a qualified painter there on Saturday to assist on any final preparations and to get 2 coats of undercoat on the ceilings and walls. Paint, brushes, rollers and equipment provided.

There is a patch in my living area and master bedroom that need a paint touch up. I had already tried colour match paint over it but the colour doesn’t match still so looking for a touch up job that matches more closely to the white on the rest of the wall. See attached photos.
