Find an experienced apartment painter in NSW

I have an apartment with 2 bedroom plus study and 2 bathrooms. I would like someone to sand and patch all surfaces and apply 2 coat paints to entire ceiling, walls, doors and trims.

Our (VACANT) 106 sqm apartment is needing a fresh coat of paint on the walls, trim, and ceiling, as well as being prepped and patched (nothing major that we know of, just some curtain rod holes and tiny cracks here and there). We would do it ourselves to but we have a young baby and family visiting from overseas at that time, so are looking to hire it out to someone with more experience who might be able to work more quickly. Hi! I’m moving into a small apartment in Naremburn and would like to have the walls painted white. The living area (around 3.7 x 3.5m) includes a hallway of about 2m that’s part of the same space, so that wall needs to be painted too. The bedroom is around 3.7 x 3.35m. Most walls are grey, and there’s one small brown wall in the bedroom. Only the walls need painting — not the ceiling. Kitchen and bathroom will stay as they are. Please bring all materials, including paint and tools.

The installers didn’t seal the gaps between the wall and the skirting, so I’m looking for someone detail-oriented to tidy up the finish. Scope of work: • Apply No More Gaps neatly between the wall and skirting • Apply clear silicone sealant between the skirting and floor for a clean, sealed edge • Fill small drill holes or plank gaps in the skirting • Paint and sanding (want it looking in as new condition as possible) Materials: I already have most materials on hand – caulking gun, No More Gaps, hole filler, and shaping tools. Experienced, Licensed House Painter for [Re-]painting concrete Balcony Floor of apartment on 1st Floor - last painted in 2015. Dimensions: 1.5x3 metres. Work involves preparing the surface by cleaning/repairing peeled old paint, primer coat and several coats of new paint. Brand & Shade last used: White Knight, Ultra Pave, Heavy Duty Formula, Paving & Concrete Paint; Shade: FOREST GREEN.

I’ve done three coats on ceiling in my apartment. I’m not fast enough by myself to not get lap marks. Even tried rolling to light source, across light source etc. need a pro to come finish the job. Using Dulux Ceiling Paint - natural white tint. One continuous ceiling. Not doing bathrooms. No furniture in working area. Drop sheets down.

We need to paint the walls and skirtings (not including the ceiling) of an approximately 90sqm two bedroom apartment. Everything needs painting apart from the bathrooms. Some minor painting is required in our apartment after renovation works, as follows: 1) Painting of the hallway ceiling to paint over evenly an area revealed by new light fitting installation (area of 4m x 1m of ceiling, not just painting over unpainted plaster please). Filling of holes, sanding them two coats of ceiling white; 2) Repainting a closet door, 2.1m high by 0.44m wide with water based enamel (to fix up work done by another painter). Sanding of door and at least two coats are needed. 3) Removal of sliding door track in kitchen and painting of wall in kitchen, filing of holes, sanding then two coats of paint. Area needing painting is approx 1.5m wide by 2.4m high. All paint and painting equipment supplied, including brushes, drop sheets, step ladder etc.

The job would involve painting my 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. The apartment is split over two levels, so the hallway space includes a higher wall area that will require scaffolding or other safety equipment.
