Paint the walls and ceiling for a 75 square meter 2 bedroom apartment. I need a white ceiling and white walls. Double coat paint. Quote should include cost of paint. The apartment is empty and you have free parking onsite.

Painting includes: - 2 bedrooms (walls, cornices, doors) - bathroom (ceiling, cornice, door) - hallway (walls, linen cupboards internal and doors) - front door (inside) - living area (walls, cornice) - laundry (ceiling, cornice, walls, door) The apartment will be vacant. See floor plan for size. (Kitchen, balcony and garage not required.) Preference would be for work to be completed by the 25th of September, but can be discussed. Paint to be provided by tasker. (One colour for everything - Dulux colour has been chosen). Some sanding may be required. Some scraping will be required in bathroom.

Repaint internal walls (2 coats) for a vacant 2-bedroom apartment – walls only, including living/dining area, kitchen and 2 bedrooms. Ceilings, doors, door frames, skirting boards, bathroom and laundry are NOT included. Walls are generally in good condition and only minor patching/preparation may be required. The apartment is vacant and easy to work in. Painter to supply paint and all materials. Standard economical interior paint is fine as the apartment is being prepared for sale. Looking to white wash walls and skirting boards of a small 2 bed apartment and plaster patch 1 x interior wall underneath an air condition unit, approx tennis ball size. Includes lounge/dining area and 2 bedrooms. Kitchen and bathroom not required to be done. Apartment is currently empty. We work 8:30-5 so will meet at the apartment to let you in at the start of the day and can meet once the job is finished.

Newly renovated apartment needs painting of walls and ceiling. Much of the walls are fine but other parts require some sanding before painting (see photos for examples).
