Need to repaint 1x wall in apartment. Have tried to patch and paint myself but can still see repair. As such, think it is best the whole wall gets done. I have paint code available.

Looking to white wash walls and skirting boards of a small 2 bed apartment and plaster patch 1 x interior wall underneath an air condition unit, approx tennis ball size. Includes lounge/dining area and 2 bedrooms. Kitchen and bathroom not required to be done. Apartment is currently empty. We work 8:30-5 so will meet at the apartment to let you in at the start of the day and can meet once the job is finished.

Newly renovated apartment needs painting of walls and ceiling. Much of the walls are fine but other parts require some sanding before painting (see photos for examples).
