I’d like to have my 2-bedroom apartment repainted. This includes all areas of the apartment excluding the ensuite, bathroom, and laundry (floor plan attached). Scope of work: * Walls: 2 coats of paint throughout * Doors & door frames: 1 undercoat + 2 topcoats (5 doors + 1 linen cupboard door) * Ceilings & cornices: 2 coats of paint * Window & balcony door frames (aluminium): 1 coat of primer + 2 topcoats (3 windows + 2 balcony doors) Additional requirements: * Standard prep work included (light sanding, patching small holes, filling gaps as needed). * Ceiling patching: patch small holes from old light fittings and 2 larger holes from previous downlights (80mm), blended and ready for painting. Living in the apartment, it is not empty. Paint, primer, and undercoat will be supplied. Flexible with dates but would like the job completed by mid-October.

I’m looking for a quote to very professionally paint a 1-bedroom empty apartment. Walls are currently off white/cream. Paint walls, ceilings, skirting boards, wardrobe, internal doors and door frames Includes bedroom, kitchen, laundry (mostly tiled), and open living/dining area Bathroom doesn’t need painting (just the bathroom door) Front door not to be painted. Job must include all prep (patching, removing hooks, etc.) Paint details: Paint to be supplied by you Thinking to use low sheen paint for walls, semi-gloss enamel for trims, but open to input on this. Apartment is 48 sq.m but this includes bathroom which is mostly tiled. Ideally job must be complete by COB 25 June but can be a little flexible if need be.

I will need the interior walls to be repainted. Ideally I would like them to be painted the same colour they were originally painted which I think might be a lexicon quarter. I'm not exactly sure which colour it is. I have included images of the main living area and the front hallway that need to be repainted. I also would like to plaster or remove the hook pictured in my hallway.

Need the walls painted please - a couple of coats is fine as the walls are still in good condition, just a few marks here and there.
