We’re looking for a professional painter to paint walls inside our apartment. Apartment will be empty. Floorboards in all rooms, except the small bedroom is carpeted. Bathroom does not require painting as is all tiled. Looking to paint with Dulux Antique White USA We require: Wardrobe doors (exterior) All walls other than bathroom Skirting’s 3 x doors (also currently white) Any required prep work Videos of apartment can be shared as required to assist quoting process. 93 sqm Apartment painting, 1br, 1 living space, 1br small laundry area + two doors and skirting booards. Apartment has high ceilings, slanted but at the higest point approx 4 meters. There are also some small holes that have been badly patched we'd like fixed up.

Looking for someone to paint my 2 bedroom apartment (interior only). It’s a 105 square metre apartment, floor plan pictured, with 2 bedrooms (one with a study), 1 bathroom, kitchen, living room/dining room, hallway. Areas to be painted include all walls, skirting boards, 6 window frames, 5 interior doors / doorframes , front door (both sides), 1 interior pipe. Ceilings don’t need painting except 5 small patches where the current paint is peeling. Process would include prepping the walls, applying primer/undercoat, then applying 2 coats of paint. The house is occupied but all walls will be bare and all furniture moved to the centre of the room for the duration of the painting. I will provide paint/primer/sugar soap. You will need to bring dropcloths, paint brushes.

We recently had floorboards installed in a 1 bed room, split level apartment, however the skirting was difficult to remove and now looks very bad. There are also a few dents in the wall on the stairs. We would like new skirting, touch up paint and the dents filled in please. We were previously quoted as needing 90x18mm, 2.7m x 16pc. - Due date: Before Friday, 3 November 2023

My 1-bedroom apartment in Waterloo (approx. 41sqm) needs a coat of paint on the walls and ceilings just to refresh it - I think a single coat should be enough rather than a full 2-coat job. It's also been re-floored and there are some small gaps between the new wooden floor and the skirting which would be good to fill in, and some minor touch-ups where the skirting has been put back.
