Entrance door needs replacement. ( use old lock [lock needs new tongue]) You will have to come measure then get replacement door as we are now in NSW. I will organise for someone to meet you. However if you can just measure from outside would be ideal. Then will arrange for someone to meet u on the day you will complete job. The sooner the better. Doesn’t have to be fancy. As long as it’s a solid entrance door that meets minimum requirements. Even a second hand one but I must view before attaching if second hand/used.
