Standard size yard for Wallan area. We previously had a quote done and to have it completely flattened the way we like It was looking like $12-17k including approximately three retaining walls. After much consideration with my Husband that was out of our budget and we are hoping to get a second opinion to see what we can work with the yard. If there’s a way to get around not having a retaining wall, even if that means ,maybe whole yard isn’t completely flattened out and maybe some areas are flat with other areas on a slight angle? I have no idea Need a professional, qualified landscaper to give us second opinion, and if we are happy to go forward, we will!!
