Need landscaping and fence done to separate house from granny. 5m fence

I currently have a client that needs landscaping completed for their rental property. I’ve attached the site plan and reference photos for the purposes of a quote. The property requires approximately 30m of fencing (any style will be fine), 30sqm of garden bedding and 90sqm of paving. The client isn’t particularly fussed with the style, the aim is to create an area that is liveable. There is a brick fence on the property that requires knocking down and a gate installed. The landscaping and fencing will separate Unit A and Unit B. The square meterage of the different areas are 30sqms of Garden Bedding and 90sqms of paving - also 26m of fencing. I need several quotes - please provide the estimated cost noting that if it goes over the Airtasker maximum we will do it over two separate tasks. If you have any questions feel free to ask. I have about 200 m2 of area that needs clean fill dirt removal and level. Also supply and spread cheap stone/wood chip for easy maintenance. Looking for low budget because it is an investment property. These are the only photos I have at the moment, I will obviously clean the area that needs working on. Cheers

Prior to site work commencing on our vacant block, we need a section of limestone retaining wall cut and removed from site / disposed. You are welcome to keep or sell on the blocks if desired. Require approximately 2.5m removed, it's 2 courses high plus 1 course of backing blocks. Each block is 1000x350x350. Area surrounding has already been excavated for for access. Price is negotiable.

The gate on the right side has fallen. I need someone to put it back up and secure it. We also have some mulch the needs to be spread around the front garden.

Clean gutters and downpipes on the single story house and spread mulch in the front yard around 50 sqm. Mulch is already there.

Fixing the pavers back into place, the retaining walls etc.so that they are secure and not moving. To organise the date you should contact the REA on Monday please and send me some pics once the job has been done. Also I don’t have tiles and bricks

Remove and DUMP 5-7 cubic metres of sand from front of yard.Easy access from footpath.As a matter of fact….the sand can be loaded from the footpath…no hassles. - Due date: Needs to be done on Wednesday, 10 May 2023

Removal of sand and install a retaining wall I always have a bunch of 1m x 350mm x350mm straight edge reconstituted limestone blocks but still would need a few more - Due date: Flexible

My irrigation is not working I have power at the box but at the bore. I need someone who can work out what is going on, and if it's a quick fix can fix it

Need someone with a Kanga/Dingo to scrape surface, approximately 150sqm and spread mulch. I can provide mulch or you provide. 10cubic needed. One day job i would say. Side access through gate available for a Kanga.
