I represent a body corporate for a town house development where we have an existing drain cover made from FC and need an additional layer of 19mm FC placed on top . The work needs to be completed prior to the 29th July. The orange zone is the area. it is approx 17m x 850mm The list of tasks to be undertaken by the builder during the quotation and building works. - Inspection of the existing drain cover to identify all areas of damage. - Damage within the existing cover will be repaired and supported on existing or new structure, as required. - An additional layer 19mm FC placed on top of the existing sheeting, to form the new drainage cover, whilst being reinforced by the existing cover sheeting from below. - The additional layer 19mm FC cover sheeting will be cut to size in both width and length to cover the existing visible cover material. - The additional layer 19mm FC cover sheeting will be secured to the base structure, as well as the existing cover sheeting, with adequate exterior grade screws. - All waste and unused materials to be removed from the site and the area left neat and tidy.

I bought some retaining wall bricks for the yard and they were the wrong size (as shown in the photos) on the left side. Rather than replacing them I just need to move about 15 of them from behind the shed (shown in the photos) over to the area behind the pool to sensor the sizes all match. Just had surgery so I am unable to do it myself.
