Hi, I am seeking a quote for a retaining wall for my property at 39 Kinship Rd, Upper Coomera 4209, QLD. I have attached a copy of the plans. The retaining wall is needed on the LHS as you look towards the property from the street. I need this completed by the end of this year. Landscaping on the second (middle) and third (top) layer of our retaining wall, including turning over the soil, planting a hedge along the wall, and potentially installing a watering system along the wall. The wall is around 20m long. The second layer is approximately 2m off the ground and roughly 1m wide, while the third is 1m higher and around 0.5cm wide.

An existing pine sleeper retaining wall is showing some age and needs a corner vertical plank replaced and re-cemented to ground as support. Perhaps replace some existing horizontal plansk also.

1. Backyard • I need to replace 6 horizontal sleepers (200mm x 50mm). Lengths: 2.35m, 2.44m, 2.23m, 2.20m, 2.45m, 2.34m. (First 5 are shown in Pic 1; the 6th is not in the photo but same size). • Please note: these sleepers are stacked, but I only need the top layer replaced. • Also, 3 vertical posts (200mm x 75mm) need replacing (see Pics 2 & 3 & 4). Measured height above ground: 700mm / 740mm. I understand that new posts must be longer so they can be concreted into the ground. • The 3rd post (Pic 4) is a bit tricky — I’m open to your suggested solution. 2. Front Garden • Replace 1 sleeper (200mm x 50mm, approx. 2.4m). (Pic 5) • Because the ground is sloped, the existing sleeper seems to have been cut on an angle (otherwise it would stick out). Please allow for this when replacing. • Replace 1 post (200mm x 75mm), measured height above ground: 97mm (new one needs extra length for ground installation). (Pic 5 as well)

Dig 7m x 50cm to a depth of 30cm. Dig up and move turf and soil from back garden to Ute in front driveway . No taking to tip or unloading ute. All tools supplied. Should not take longer than 2-3 hours but we are prepared to pay for 4 hours at $40 per hour. Total of $160 even if you finish earlier.

I require a someone to tear down brick retaining walls, and piers as well as remove/dig up footings and remove all of the rubble. Im looking for someone who is reliable and who can get the job done quickly without making too much mess in the process. I can remove the aluminium fence panels. All you need to do is go demolition derby and dispose of the materials.

Digging soil on sideway of house walkway to the side and front

We have a small block training wall and have purchased 20mm stone pavers which we would like to use to tile the front face and top. Block wall is 8m total length and approximately 5m2 total to tile/pave including top. We have already purchased the stone and tile adhesive which is onsite. Looking for someone with experience doing this kind of work that could get a better finish than if we were to diy it.
