Looking for an experienced landscaper or handyman with landscaping experience to complete a side-yard renovation. Area is approximately 34m long and 1m wide, running down both sides of the house and around the patio. Scope of works: Remove existing weeds, old pavers, timber sleeper and artificial turf. Remove excess rocks/gravel where required to allow for new soil. Prepare and compact ground for approximately 53 round 400mm stepping stones, with appropriate bedding underneath. Construct sandstone-pattern concrete sleeper steps leading up to the patio, spanning approximately 2.4m between brick pillars. Sleepers will be doubled up for wider treads and require a suitable compacted base, bedding, mortar/adhesive and appropriate fixing to ensure they're secure. Supply and spread approximately 75–100mm of suitable topsoil where possible. Spread Dichondra repens seeds and prepare for growth. Maintain existing ground slope for drainage, ensuring water continues flowing away appropriately and existing drainage remains clear. Clean up and remove waste. Materials: I'll supply the round stepping stones, concrete sleepers and Dichondra seeds. Ideally, you would supply the remaining materials, including soil, bedding, concrete, mortar/adhesive and anything else required. However, if you have trade pricing and would prefer to supply everything, happy to discuss. I currently have a skip bin available until 13 November, which may help with disposal. I'd also appreciate some advice regarding upgrading/cladding the existing timber fence while you're onsite, as this may be the next project. No tools required. Labour to wheel barrow soil snd roots to trailer then assist with a rake to level. Smallish job need done tomorrow morning. 2 hours work. 8am start. Cheers

Cut the large piece to same size of the small piece

Just need this one section of hardwood sleepers and the small supporting posts removed from this front yard garden. Pulled out, dug up or chopped up, however possible for it to be yanked out of the ground. Termite risk so need removed. These are in the front yard and are accessible any time of day for removal. Varsity Lakes near the varsity train station.

Hi Varsity Community, looking for a landscaping company to do a small dirt removal job around the pool and front yard. It needs to be evened out and prepped, then pavers and pebbles installed. Lot of roots around pool so probably need small digger or cultivator.

I have 2.5 metres of mulch that I need moved (shoveled and raked) around the front garden. I have some photos to help get an idea of the job. I did some yesterday on the rainy day as it was leaching into the gutter, but the bulk of the job still needs doing.

I have an existing wood retaining wall that I need replaced by a cement retaining. Wall

I got an easement in backyard measured at 3m x 3m. need to 1. Fix the sleeper on retaining wall on one side 2. Put some timber board across on top 3. Put a cement sheet or what ever suitable/easiest on top to cover the area, there will be no load on top, no walking on top It has been consulted to council it's fine to build this to avoid safety hazard, and given it's not a fixed building and easy to remove at the time when needed, council is fine with it. Shovelling a pile of dirt from one side of my backyard to the other
