Looking for an experienced landscaper to review the attached endorsed plans and provide a detailed quote for landscaping works for a side-by-side duplex in Hadfield. The scope of works is to be completed strictly in accordance with the landscape plan and specifications provided. Works include site preparation (subgrade cultivation and weed removal), installation of lawn areas, garden beds with imported topsoil, and mulch to garden beds. Supply and planting of all trees and plants as per the plant schedule, including Magnolia ‘Felix’, Water Gum (Tristaniopsis ‘Luscious’), Dwarf Lemon Scented Gum (Corymbia citriodora ‘Dwarf Pink’), Correa alba, Nandina ‘Lemon Lime’, Dianella (Cassa Blue and longifolia), and Lomandra ‘Tanika’, including all staking, fertilising, and mulch as specified. Installation of timber edging to all interfaces between garden beds, lawn, and toppings areas. Construction of toppings areas with compacted base, along with all paved areas and step stones as shown on the plan. Construction of the above-ground planter box raingarden system, including all specified layers and connections to downpipes. All works to comply with the landscape specifications and relevant Australian Standards noted on the drawings, with contractor to verify all dimensions on site prior to commencement. I have approximately 12 cubic meters of soil that needs to be moved from my driveway into plan a box of spread around my backyard I have wheelbarrows and shovels there is a couple of steps however I have ramps to go down them.
