Hi there I have a small lawn area about 15sqm metres. Pretty much a large square with a small amount cut out. Task is to help me get this spot on level before I lay grass on top. I have tried my best using a lawn rake and timber but after someone with a proper electronic laser level and other gear to get this spot on. The level needs to be about 3cm below the paving level so your gear needs to be able to work to that requirement. I will be on site and can do the pushing of the soil - your job will be to help me get it spot on flat. Job needs to be done Friday 22nd late morning. We have an extremely heavy column of granite (1.2m length) and around 200kg weight that needs to be properly lifted out of ground without damaging garden around. This is a job only for someone with correct listing equipment - ie a chain lift or crane like mechanism. This is NOT a job for someone with a spade. The column then needs to be transported to another home 5 minutes away. The column is currently in soil- it is not cemented in we have been able to loosen it and lean the column to a 45 degree angle but to dig it out further will damage the garden.

We’ve got a clear idea of the format and structures. We’ve already removed the current garden so it’s just dirt. Would need leveling and new soil I’d say. Then we’re looking to install some cement sleepers/paving as a path - see example of sleepers- rusted garden bed edging - with planting - and then laying some turf. We’re currently having a new fence installed and that will be finished next week. Please let me know your availability to come by and review the site.
