Planting (Architectural + Low Maintenance) Supply and plant: 2–3 Agave or similar feature plants 3–4 Box hedge balls / similar round shrubs 1 Bird of Paradise (or similar statement plant) Ground cover plants as needed Include soil prep + mulch where required. 4. Small Water Feature (Plug & Play) Supply and install: Self-contained bubbling bowl OR column water feature (dark concrete / charcoal style) Includes pump + reservoir (no plumbing) Connect to nearby power point Placement near driveway side as shown in reference. 5. I need landscaping completed for Final Occupation Certificate (OC) for a new build in Rosemeadow NSW. This is NOT a full luxury landscaping job — I am looking for cost-effective compliance works only. Scope required: • Site prep and light leveling • Supply & install turf (approx 250–270m²) • Install plants as per approved landscape plan • Install small side boundary stabilisation (either batter properly OR small low sleeper retaining wall approx 200–300mm high to stabilise fence area) • Basic garden edging • Mulch to garden beds • Install freestanding mailbox • Install fold-down clothesline Driveway is already complete. No fencing required. No decking, no paving upgrades. Need to hire Bob cat with operater ( Wet hire) for an hour or so put rubbish and dirt from site into the bin

Looking for someone to make garden beds with metal edges where i marked in red. A bigger curved garden with small trees where i marked yellow. Blue just a barrier as its stormwater drain. Also looking for irrigation system across (preferably smart that connects to phone) and some lawn care to revive it. Open to offers or to negotiate. Looking for cheaper side with low maintenance plants but can get into details after. If you quote high please dont make an offer.

Sloped area about 8x8m approximately. Currently gravel and dirt/clay. Need it neatened. Filled and leveled in certain spots. Weeding.
