I have three garden sections, which need to be manually leveled to allow for pots to be placed in position. There is stumps which have been poisoned about 3 months ago and need to be dug up a little to allow for middle to be flat. An existing pine sleeper retaining wall is showing some age and needs a corner vertical plank replaced and re-cemented to ground as support. Perhaps replace some existing horizontal plansk also.
