I have a very small backyard that I need to be leveled and cleared of any debris ready for a new lawn/topsoil. The backyard is already fairly level it just has some uneven bits that may require some digging. There is also some old bits of rock, brick, tile building debris that is scattered throughout that I would like removed but to be honest it's hardly anything maybe a shovel or 2. There is also some old weeds that will need to be removed with the levelling but they are already dead as a had sprayed them weeks ago. I don't believe it would take long at all and would only require to remove maybe 2-3 wheel barrows of debris/soil. Access is only 800mm wide (doorway) so no machines will be able to be used. I do have a shovel and a metal rake and a pick on-site that could be used. Just no wheel barrow - Due date: Flexible

Need a backyard that is approx 8.5m x 6m levelled out as much as possible before top soil is brought. Ground is uneven and a excavator won't be able to access.

Hi, We have recently built a new property in Cranbourne south and are looking for someone to help us install a retaining wall using either concrete wall block or concrete sleepers. We will be providing you with all the materials require unless if you can source it yourself in which case you can send us a quote for materials separately. We also require some pebbles and plants to be put in the front yard and all the soil within the retaining wall to be levelled with the base of the house. Once again we are happy to provide materials required but if you are able to get the materials cheaper, you can quote us separately. The image attached is a rough drawing of what is required. The black shaded area are walkways to and around the house and is all going to be done by my concreter before you get there. The red shaded area is going to be filled with pebbles and plants and the blue shaded area is where I want my retaining wall to go and within that I want all the soil to be level with the base of the house. Help load soil from front nature strip into wheelbarrow. Push wheelbarrow through house out to backyard. No side access to backyard. I do have a wheelbarrow but it's old. Ideally you would have one.
