Hire a trusted house cleaning service in Sylvania

I need someone to clean a 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom house every week from 4th December until 8th January. I'll need you here between 12.30/1pm for 3 hours. Thereafter, fortnightly. I would need you to bring your own equipment and have your own transport to get here. Cleaning tasks include dusting, vacuuming, mopping, general cleaning and taking out bins. I have small dogs so need someone who won't be afraid of them. Attention to detail is important to me.

Empty 5 bedroom house needs surface cleaning for settlement. All floors have floorboards, they need mopping. Bits and pieces of rubbish left over from move need to be cleaned and put in bins. Go through cupboards in kitchen and bedrooms, wipe and clean. A quick wipe down of toilets and bathrooms. Clean/mop the outdoor bbq area.
