fetch TV not working. Turns on but can't use

My elderly mother has had fetch tv for a while now but it has now stopped working. She can still get free to air but the internet light on the box is showing red. This means it’s not connected to the internet but her internet is working on her iPad and laptop. We have tried turning the set top box off and restarting but nothing works

The TV is wall mounted so need to be able to access aerial connection behind TV and set up Fetch.
