My parents have recently upgraded to FETCH TV through iinet which is something like a set-top box which allows my parents' TV (which is not a smart tv) to behave like a smart TV. The problem is that they are now having trouble accessing some free-to-air channels. I'm looking for someone technologically-minded and who has experience with FETCH and TVs in general to tune my parents' TV and to give them a tutorial on how to use the TV for their purposes.

We have NBN and an Optus modem. NBN is connected through the Foxtel box. We would like to replace Foxtel with Fetch, but not sure of any additional line needed for antennae. An on-site consultation is needed for advice and connecting if possible.
