have two Actron split ducted systems covering the front and back areas of our office. One system is working fine, but the other one is blowing air without cooling or heating. Both systems are approximately 20 years old. Unfortunately the model number has faded so I cannot identify the exact model, only the brand (Actron). I’m not sure if the faulty system is repairable. If repair is not economical, I’m open to replacing it with a new cassette unit or another suitable system. The area that needs to be covered is about 45 sqm. I have a temperzone HWP 35RKSY. There is a constant humming from the unit in the ceiling and it constantly has the flashing "fault" sign on the control panel. A temporary solution I have is cleaning out the red condensate pipes but I need a permanent solution.
