Double hung window, timber is rotting and needs to be replaced. Located on 2nd level of a terrace house.

We have a new wondow installed we need ro close the gab ontop because old buildg walls not 100% level. We need to fill the gab with expansion foam. Than seal off with alaminum bar and than caulking. Please see attached photo. 1- 2 hours work max.

Re-install security bars that were removed,the bars are there ready to be installed.photos included.due to the bars it is difficult to screw into the sandstone to keep the bars in place.will need to bring plugs to put in the wall once you have drilled new holes with a masonry drillbit.also will need to grind off or strip out part of the screw/bolt head so that it cannot be unscrewed and removed after you have finished the job.due to the placing of the bars next to the holes you may need a drill bit extension that can drill around corners

Wooden window frame leaking water inside the house during heavy rain falls. Window is wooden double hung. Would need a handyman with experience in carpentry.
