Painting internal 2 bedroom unit appx 62 sqm - - walls - doors - door frames - 1 linen cupboard - window frames - ceilings (ceiling has been resurfaced from vermiculite ceilings to a smooth ceiling) All painting and ceilings will need to be painted to the ASNZS standard to ensure they are properly sealed. My windows frame is leaking only when it rains and it seems the rain water drops onto the horizontal stud on top the window frame and then flow thru to the window frame. Please see photos. This occuring in two rooms so which are facing outside, where there is an issue with drainage so there is excess water flow at this current time. Window frame is 39 inches across. Both exact same measurements I believe. Would love someone to come ASAP to inspect, replace frame.
