Ok this is a small but possibly fiddly job , bathroom cabinet door on top of trim has water into particle board and laminate strip area . I don’t want to replace the entire vanity cabinet , and I don’t want to keep looking at this minor damage , and I may try and fix myself . The blind in bedroom 3 needs installing urgently. This will be my daughters bedroom and needs to be installed for privacy. A door stop needs to be installed on the front door to stop further damage occurring to the wall. Same with the main bathroom door. The left blind in the front lounge is very stained and frayed and ideally needs replacing - the right one looks like it has been replaced recently. The remote for the fan(or the fan itself) in the front lounge needs replacing/repairing so it can be used. There needs to be a replacement remote for the aircon unit in the front lounge as it cant be operated currently (cant test it either). Also, without the remote for the fan there is no aircon/fan in the front lounge at all. The blind in the kitchen is very stained (like the left blind in the front lounge) and needs replacing The cupboard door under the kitchen sink that is not straight needs fixing so it hangs square The whole tap unit in the kitchen needs looking at. The whole unit is loose. Also, the hose doesn't retract as the weight under the sink doesn't allow it to retract. Also, the button doesn't work so we cant regulate the waterflow. The blinds in the dining room are getting caught up due to the sheer one fraying so badly. Needs looking at/replacing In bedroom1 - the power point near the wardrobe at the far side of the room when you walk in is loose There are loose door handles in the toilet, laundry and bedroom 4 - needs looking at. Leaking shower in main bathroom needs looking at Garage door needs repairing. The plastic link is broken/sheared on the inside which means the panel is bent. It could break completely soon and be a lot worse
