Find an experienced handyman in Thornlands

I’m converting my bus into a home but sadly as some water got in, i want to replace the ply floor.. but am really struggling to remove it! It’s a ‘95 midi-coach and has underbody storage bins, so you can access a good part of most of the panels from underneath too. They were secured with bolts almost all of which we have already taken out, so the ply is stuck to the frame mostly just with sealants / adhesives, yet the panels are proving to be super difficult to remove. We need to be mindful to not damage any hoses or connections which may travel from the engine to the front of the bus. I wish to minimize the use of harsh chemicals and solvents while getting the job done, and the Airtasker will need to provide their own tools. I hope to have the floor out by the end of next week so I can begin to put the new one in asap. anyone up for the challenge? :) no idea how long it will take, perhaps put how many hours you’re happy to do in your offer. photos now attached! the different colours on the floor is all the adhesive from the lino vinyl that we pulled up, the timber is good underneath all the sticky stuff! looking up from inside the luggage bins, the metal frame and the timber have all be painted the same colour so it’s not obvious that (aside from the frame) it’s just the underside of the ply.. i cut a hole in one as you can see but that didn’t help us much haha :p we have managed to remove 2 panels, the ones behind the underbody bins weren’t so difficult.

I have a few holes I have attempted to plaster over in our rental and fear i may have made it worse. Need someone to come have a look and see if they can salvage my mess. Also have some scrapes ib a wall that need repairing from a dog scratching. Will need to be repainted in that area also

take out ceiling fan to replace with down light in my main bedroom. I have bought the down light myself, just needs to be installed.

Rake ceiling sagging in some places. Needs repairing then painted. Can provide undercoat & paint.

Hi, I have soundproofing tasks for 2 walls: 1. The back of my lounge room wall is the kitchen with a range hood. When the range hood is on, I can hear the noise and feel the vibration on the shared wall. The size of the wall is 3.5m in width and 2.74m in height. The wall currently only has a power socket. I am open to all soundproofing proposals for this wall. 2. The wall in my master bedroom has water pipes installed inside. Every time when the washing machine or the shower is on, I can hear the noise of the water flowing in the pipes buried inside the walls in my master bedroom. So I need soundproofing proposals for this wall. This wall currently has an air-conditioner and a power socket on it. The size of the wall is also 3.5m in width and 2.74m in height.
