Looking for someone experienced with render/stucco or general home maintenance to inspect a hairline crack running along the base of house a and reseal it with a flexible, paintable exterior sealant. The crack runs fairly consistently at the same height around multiple sides of the house — looks like a control/junction joint that’s opened up over time.Photos attached. On-site inspection to confirm it’s cosmetic (not structural) Can negotiate if more work needs to be done

Need someone to build our 3x3 Gable-roof EasyShed and fix to a pre-existing concrete slab. Concrete fixings included. BYO tools.
Brodie went above and beyond! My task turned out to be a bit harder than anticipated, but he spent the time to do it right and with care. The final product was better than I could have imagined, and I’m sure others would certainly have given up or done a worse job. Cannot fault ! 10/10 :)
