Fence existing carport — two open sides, Southern Tasmania I have an existing single-car carport attached to the side wall of my house in Bridgewater, Southern Tasmania. It has a concrete slab, existing roof, and roller door on the front. Two sides are open and need to be fenced off with approx. 9m of freestanding Colorbond fencing (1.8m-2.1m height). Critical Requirements for Compliance: Freestanding Status: Must maintain a minimum 10mm-20mm air gap from all existing house brickwork, eave boards, and carport pillars. Do not bolt to the dwelling. Anti-Rattle: Include a middle horizontal rail and use stitching screws with rubber washers to prevent noise in high wind. Color: Single-layered Colorbond in Surfmist (off-white) to match the roof. Ventilation Zone: A range hood exhaust vent is located 2.8m from the North side, necessitating a 150mm gap at the top for a 2m-wide section to allow for exhaust. Mounting: Bolt-down steel posts with base plates into the concrete slab. Cement slab has been laid, need someone to put the shed together and fix it to the slab.

Remove Shower Base and Wall Tiles around Shower. Install new Cement Sheeting, Waterproofing, Shower Base, Lamipanel, Shower Screen and Tapware. KITCHEN Remove existing vinyl floor and install Hybrid Flooring , and Scotia Trim. SUPPLY AND INSTALL

Brought a shed from Bunnings. Is a 3m x 3m Absco tin shed. Will be going onto a plastic pallet base which is already in place. I assume will need 2 people,I am happy to help hold etc. Not sure how long it will take. Can send the manual if required. Shed is being delivered Monday 5th :)
