Minor soffit repair – quick patch of edging prior to painting. General Repairs & Maintenance 1. Top of stairs cupboard – not closing properly; inspect and adjust or replace roller/bullet catch. 2. Living room sliding door (left side) – door latch not locking; assess and repair/replace latch. 3. Main bathroom shower door – not opening/closing smoothly; inspect and adjust or replace pivot hinge. 4. Kitchen cabinets (lower only) – tighten or adjust corner cupboard hinges for smooth operation. 5. Main bathroom vanity (lower section) – cabinet base appears damaged; assess for repair or replacement. 6. Laundry door handle – feels loose; tighten or replace as needed. 7.
