The heat lamp/shower fan was incorrectly installed in our ensuite. It is hanging by the exhaust tubing and needs to be re-installed flush with the dry wall. The lip where the retaining brackets attached has broken free and some dry wall may need to be added.

Recently moved and there are a couple of minor handyman things that could do with attention: 1. Some lightbulbs need replacing but are over stairs, behind weird light fixture I can't undo, or appear to be halogen downlights so I don't know where to source replacements, etc., so for various reasons are beyond me. 2. Knob on cupboard door doesn't stay screwed on (thread stuffed). 3. Fan in bathroom doesn't work (but rest of that light/fan combo does). 4. Other things I want advice about how to fix - please for now just quote on the //advice//, not on the fixing (unless you are explicit about the quote including fixing). You might be able to do it once you see it, but for sure I want advice about who I should contact about it if you can't: a) back of tap in shower is missing, creating hole into the wall cavity (may be causing the visible damage to wood at base of shower); b) sliding bedroom cupboard inbuilt mirror doors are sagging out of their .... err.... edges; c)there appears to be a zapping sound in a wall but it might be a tree periodically hitting the window (I can't figure it out). There might be something I've forgotten, but that's most of it, I think. Ta. - Due date: Before Friday, 29 September 2023 --- Any weekday is fine.

Need help with installation of a Tushy bidet (https://hellotushy.com/products/classic-affordable-bidet?variant=32135870906410). One of the T-adapter plastic connections is attached to the tank (circled red in pics) and having troubles getting it off the tank without damaging the plastic nut too much. Once you remove it think might need a metal T-adapter to replace it (1/2” compression male X 1/2” compression female X 3/8” compression male), although it might not need replacing - you can probably determine after removing it. Then all that’s required is to use some plumbers/thread seal tape and re-install the T-Adapter and hose connections. Looking to pay the following: Remove T-adapter and if replacement not needed, re-install with seal tape and connect hoses $100. Fairly quick job with right tools (I don’t have required tools - so please bring your own). If replacement pieces are needed then I’ll cover the cost of these. You can get from local plumbing store 10 mins from my place $50 for your time + I’ll cover cost of parts with receipt.
