We are looking for a reliable handyman or carpenter to help repair a broken floorboard at our place. The work requires access under the house, so the person must be comfortable working in a confined subfloor space. We are seeking someone who takes care and produces neat, tidy work. The repair needs to be done either today or tomorrow (Friday).

I have a garage door that leads to the pool area, this door is close to a drain and when it rain a lot, water goes in the garage, so I want to do a layer of bricks to not allow water to pass. Also I need two tiles to be fixed, they are loose, just need to be paved or stuck correctly. As you can see, we did a concoction to avoid water going in. But we want it fixed a bit better.

We have put new carpet into our unit and 5 of the internal doors don’t close properly now. The doors need to be removed and planned down on the bottom and then reinstalled.

Source, supply, fit double towel rack for bathroom. 2 towel racks have failed secured into wall of bathroom in 3 years. I think what it is going to need is a piece of wood - ideally painted white to be secured to wall first, then towel rack fitted to that. I want it strong. Toddlers in the house.
