Hi! I’m looking for an experienced shed installer to assemble and install my new EasyShed 3m x 3m Gable Roof Garden Shed in Seaford next week — ideally Monday or Tuesday next week. The concrete slab is already done and ready. I’ll have all parts and extras onsite (bring delivered at 10am on 4/12), including: • 3m x 3m EasyShed (Zinc, 2.10m height) • Concrete fixings (2 x packs of 8) • Bike hook • J-hook pack Requirements: • Must have shed-building experience (EasyShed experience preferred) • Bring your own tools (drill, rivet gun, ladder, etc.) • Must securely anchor shed to concrete slab using the fixings supplied • Ensure doors open/close smoothly and shed is square and level • Clean, safe, reliable work Location: Seaford Timing: Prefer Monday or Tuesday next week, but can be flexible Access: park on driveway, easy access, large wide driveway. Hi all, looking for a patch up job to secure fencing as best as possible. Some pales are loose and fence will be replaced in the next 6 weeks. Just need some holes covered so that little dog does not continue to escape until then. About 3 holes at least showing. Does not have to be pretty, currently have an oven grill in one spot!

Awnings window wind out panel of window will not close due to frame separating. Can hopefully be repaired but may require new panel.

Hello Skilled personnel, Three areas of concern on a rooftop for a fast food store in Seaford. Chimney stacks, Box-gutters & Above toilet block leak. Chimney: on heavy rain down pour ONLY the inside-store exhaust vents above the hot plate grill plate leaks water, believed to come through the chimney stacks, most likely reason, but not definitely. (If you believe that to be true, it would require stripping back past applications of tar & black goo, etc ) Box gutters: rusted out, needs replacing 15m width approx. Toilet block in the store experiences water leaking, unidentified source. My bet it’s from the box gutter leaking. 1m porthole access to the roof, access vi rear carpark, laundromat. I’m open to other maintenance suggestions, whilst onsite. Ignore my $10 budget, please quote. Regards, Adrian.

The previous owners of our home had a cat door installed and we don't need it. We'd like to have it removed and the timber door to be patched up before we have painters come to paint the door on Wednesday. I'm assuming using insulation foam from a can would do the trick to fill the empty space and the patches put on the inside and outside of the door.
