We’d like to start with one test window to lock in the finish, prep method, and level of care before proceeding with the remaining windows. Scope of work: - Full preparation of aluminium frames (cleaning, sanding/etching, priming) - Application of a high-quality paint system suitable for aluminium - Smooth, even finish with strong adhesion and durability - Careful masking and protection of all surrounding areas (glass, walls, floors, furnishings) Important: We are currently living in the home so cleanliness and care are essential. Taking a part and removing the old shed on our property

I need a professional plasterer to repair a hole in an internal wall where an old split-system air conditioner was recently removed. Work Required: • Patching: Repair a hole • Substrate: The hole goes through to the cavity, so it will require a backing piece/offcut of plasterboard for support. • Cornice Work: The hole extends into the bottom of the cornice. I need the cornice profile matched and blended into the existing run (see attached photo). • Finish: Sanded smooth and ready for DIY priming/painting.

Install small awning on timber beam, 3Mx2M

Original Hills Hoist Winder mechnism is broken. Turning it does not lift the internal pole and top section up anymore. The top can be raised easily enough by hand so it's plainly not rusted through or seized, but it doesn't stay up, so the internal mechanism is busted somehow. Has been repaired in a similar way years ago so I know it's doable - I just don't have the time or handy-man-ness to do it these days. Prefer not to replace the whole thing, just fix it.

The concrete slab is already done and ready. Hello Skilled personnel, Three areas of concern on a rooftop for a fast food store in Seaford. Chimney stacks, Box-gutters & Above toilet block leak. Chimney: on heavy rain down pour ONLY the inside-store exhaust vents above the hot plate grill plate leaks water, believed to come through the chimney stacks, most likely reason, but not definitely. (If you believe that to be true, it would require stripping back past applications of tar & black goo, etc ) Box gutters: rusted out, needs replacing 15m width approx. Toilet block in the store experiences water leaking, unidentified source. My bet it’s from the box gutter leaking. 1m porthole access to the roof, access vi rear carpark, laundromat. I’m open to other maintenance suggestions, whilst onsite. Ignore my $10 budget, please quote. Regards, Adrian.
