Hi I have 2 garage doors which has bit of space at bottom of it I want to install garage seal to lock and secure it so water and leaves don’t come in garage and also replace the garage seal beneath the roller shutters

Roller shutter doesn't hold shutter up any more continues to roll down an not stay up. Need someone to repair it. It's on second level 2 story house
